Odin Client FAQ

Compatibility, installation, updates, configuration and how to tell an official download from a fake one.

What is Odin?

Odin is a Fabric mod for Hypixel SkyBlock, described by its own release page as "tailored for Dungeons and Kuudra, providing many different solvers and other utilities for end-game players." Modules are grouped into five categories — Dungeon, Boss, Render, Skyblock and Nether — and each one is toggled individually.

How do I open Odin's menu?

Press Right Shift in-game to open the Click GUI. That is the default keybind set in Odin's source; it can be rebound. From there you can browse categories, toggle modules, and expand a module to change its settings.

Which Minecraft version and loader does Odin need?

Odin is a Fabric mod. The exact Minecraft versions supported by the current release are listed on the Download page and come from the release itself. It also requires two dependencies: Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin — both must be in your mods folder alongside Odin.

Do I need anything besides the Odin .jar?

Yes. Odin's releases list Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin as dependencies. Odin will not load without both of them installed for the same Minecraft version.

Is this download safe, and how do I check?

Every release on this site publishes its exact filename, file size and SHA-256 checksum, and links to the matching GitHub release so you can compare against a second source. Verifying the checksum confirms the file matches what was published — it is not a claim that the file has been independently audited, and we do not make one.

How do I spot a fake Odin website?

Check the domain against the one in this site's footer, and cross-check the GitHub link — Odin's source is at github.com/odtheking/Odin. Sites that publish no checksum, list module counts that don't match the source, or ask you to disable antivirus should not be trusted. Category names are not a reliable tell: Odin's own "Floor 7" category was renamed to "Boss" upstream, so older pages and videos legitimately use the old name.

Am I allowed to use this on Hypixel?

You are responsible for following Hypixel's rules, which are set by Hypixel and can change. This website does not claim that any particular module is approved, and we would rather you check Hypixel's current rules yourself than take a mod site's word for it.

How do I update Odin?

Delete the old Odin .jar from your mods folder and drop in the new one. Your configuration is stored separately, so settings carry over. The Changelog page lists what changed in each release.

Where are my settings stored?

Odin stores its configuration inside your Minecraft directory rather than in the .jar, which is why replacing the .jar during an update preserves your module setup.

Odin isn't loading — what do I check first?

In order: that you launched the Fabric profile rather than vanilla, that Fabric API and Fabric Language Kotlin are both present, that all three files target the same Minecraft version, and that the .jar sits directly in mods rather than in a subfolder. The Troubleshooting page covers each of these.
